Workers Memorial Day is observed on April 28.  It is a day to honor workers who have died on the job, to remember the suffering experienced by families and workers in all trades, and to recommit to a safe and healthy work environment for all workers. April 28, 2021, also marks the 50 year anniversary of the signing of the Federal OSHA Act into law on April 28, 1971.
